With Brighton’s Great Escape Festival just a few weeks away GIGsoup have selected 15 artists we feel you simply shouldn’t miss.
Today’s choice, Cash+David, are Tim Ross and Liz Lawrence who first came together when Ross produced Lawrence’s solo debut album for EMI. Their current, and next, release takes on the same form of two opposing parts brought together to form one body of work – released as two EPs: SIDE I and SIDE II. The aforementioned SIDE I was released last week (22nd April 2016) and is clean, ordered and precise pop music … SIDE II (released later this year) promises to be a darker affair.
We caught up with the duo to ask them about The Great Escape Festival and a few beach related questions…
