And so, we’re finally here. With Brighton’s Great Escape Festival starting today GIGsoup start to close the door on the 15 artists we feel you simply shouldn’t miss.

Todays choice comes from synth/pop duo Miamigo. The chaps have been touring with Hurts around Europe and are due to drop a new track today (19th May – we’ll get this to you as soon as it hits our inbox). There is a real 80’s twist to their music but enough originality to ensure it also sounds fresh and current. It’s a set not to miss and will certainly offer a period of upbeat, nostalgic escapism that should aid in taking your mind off of the rain forecast for the weekend.
