It’s a day of important announcements for fans of Son Lux. The band have announced their fourth full-length album ‘Bones’, out June 22nd via Glassnote Records, a new single ‘Change Is Everything’ (which you can hear in all its glory below) and two headline tour dates, one in New York, June 9th at Bowery Ballroom and one in Los Angeles, July 9th at ‘The El Rey Theatre’, plus a series of intimate European pre-release shows including a special event at London’s ‘Edition Hotel’ on May 5th.

With the recent announcement that ‘Son Lux’ no longer consists of just founder member ‘Ryan Lott’ but is now a multi-talented trio, with the additions to the band of guitarist-composer Rafiq Bhatia and drummer Ian Chang, it appears the band are set to push on from the excellent 2013’s ‘Lanterns’.

‘Bones’ is the first album documenting this new formation, and it draws from the three members’ unique and omnivorous musical vernaculars. Few bands have built a more impressive and varied array of collaborators: Lorde, Beyoncé producer Boots, Sufjan Stevens, Matthew Dear, Busdriver, Vijay Iyer, Nico Muhly and Pulitzer Prize winner Caroline Shaw.
