With critics still a-buzz about his latest album Love & Hate, Michael Kiwanuka has released ‘One More Night’ as a single in the build-up to his October UK tour. A more compact, easier groove than much of the acclaimed album, the new single acts as an ideal entry point into its darker waters…

The dates for the tour are below:

th October 2016:  Glasgow, The Art School

th October 2016: Edinburgh, The Liquid Room

th October 2016: Newcastle, Wylam Brewery at Palace of Arts

th October 2016: Sheffield, The Leadmill

th October 2016: London, Sheperd’s Bush Empire

th October 2016: Cork, Cyprus Avenue

th October 2016: Belfast, Limelight

th October 2016: The Academy, Dublin

th October 2016: Cardiff, The Tramshed

th October 2016: Exeter, Exeter Phoenix

th October 2016: Oxford, O2 Academy 1

st October 2016: Birmingham, The O2 Institute

nd October 2016: Manchester, The O2 Ritz

From there on, Kiwanuka skips over on to a rambling tour of Europe before closing out the year with a series of shows in the States. With a Mercury Prize nomination, a number one chart slot and praise of the highest order from critics in all corners – Echoes called Love & Hate “Probably the most important UK Soul album ever” – Kiwanuka has returned from four years in the wilderness wearied, wiser and with a show not to be missed
