Enter Shikari have just released a brand new video for the track ‘Redshift’. The song comes one year after the critically acclaimed ‘The Mindsweep’s’ premiere on 14/1/2015. Branded as an electronic post-hardcore band (or using the fashionable “electronicore” term), ‘Redshift’ sees Enter Shikari turning into a much softer alternative rock sound. So far there is no information on new album or EP.

The video follows the Enter Shikari’s signature futuristic approach, with shots of the band playing around images of outer space. An apocaliptic finale matches the track’s heavy ending and the overal theme of technological progress and its consequences. ‘Redshift’ was directed by Mike Taylor. The song is performed by the original members of the band – Rou Raynolds (vocals), Rori Clewlow (guitar), Chriss Batten (bass), and Rob Rolfe (drums).

Enter Shikari’s last album ‘The Mindsweep’ received mainly positive response from critics and fans. The album peaked at #1 in UK Independend Albums chart and #1 in UK Rock And Metal Albums, while reaching 5th position in US Top Hard Rock Albums. It was followed by ‘The Mindsweep: Hospitalised’ which was released on 30 October 2015 and featured remixes from the drum and bass London label Hospital Records.

In February 2016 Enter Shikari tour the UK along the alternative rock band The Wonder Years (US). Tickets for the following dates are already on sale:
