Brooklyn band The Ivory Piece have shared their brooding new single, “Silhouettes”. “Silhouettes” is the third track to be taken from the band’s upcoming debut EP (due March 22nd). The track is another signature cut of carefully unveiled indie rock and showcases songwriter Stephen Webber’s evocative lyrics and shimmering soundscapes.

Listeners may hear glimpses of 80s new wave or nods to 00s post punk in The Ivory Piece’s compositions. Stephen Webber was inspired, throughout his upbringing, by these sounds, along with easy listening. These genres are skillfully bought together with his compositions under his moniker of The Ivory Piece. Webber is joined by Eduardo Palacios on synthesizers, drummer Alex Goldberg, and bassist Darren Lipper.

“Silhouettes” follows the release of “Midnight Embrace” and “Winter Love Song“.
