Prince‘s music is reportedly due to hit all major streaming services this February.
According to an article from the New York Post, a deal has been struck with Warner Music Group to have a large portion of his catalogue available to stream on February 12th, coinciding with the annual Grammy Awards and possibly a rumoured Prince tribute at the prestigious ceremony.
Prince signed with Warner Music Group at the age of 18 and released hits like ‘Purple Rain’, ‘When Doves Cry’ and ‘1999.’

Prince‘s music has only ever been available to stream via Tidal, however that was a short-lived endeavour, as he pulled his catalogue down in July of 2015, nine months prior to his unfortunate passing.
Although there has been no official announcement as-yet, Spotify have begun to tease the Purple One’s impending arrival with purple-coloured Spotify ads appearing in London.
