Sigur Rós have released a date for a screening for their 2011 film ‘Inni’ in a move they have said is in resistance to President Donald Trump.
The event is taking place at the Clinton Street Theater in Portland, next Monday on March 20th at 7 PM.
Although it is a free screening, any donations raised will support the American Civil Liberties Union, in a move they say is ‘to resist the policies of President Donald Trump’.

‘Inni’ is a 74 minute film that blends the band’s music with visuals as a concert film and documentary.
The American Civil Liberties Union describes itself as ‘a nationwide organization that fights tirelessly in all 50 states, Puerto Rico, and Washington, D.C., to safeguard everyone’s rights’.
It is one in a series of films as part of the Clinton Street Resistance Series, also hosting movies in the coming weeks including ‘Labyrinth’, ‘1984’ and ‘Beetle Juice’.
