House, disco and pop fans, I call upon thee – put the 25th of September into your calendar because you do not want to miss out on this bad boy.

The Melbourne based foursome have created an EP that draws on an array of tones. If Soulwax, MGMT and The Killers had a love child, this would be the outcome.

If you walk around with this EP blasting through your headphones you will start to feel as if you are in some sort of futuristic wonderland. While the backbeat to the songs may be generic, the variety and combination of sounds and vocals create an original, hypnotising, and almost magnetic sound that you cannot stop your head from bouncing along to.

It feels as if the band are still exploring with their sound, but this is not a criticism in the slightest as they are making beautiful magic while they do it.  Cleverly put together, this album is a cert for any house party reaching the 4am mark, but as individual tracks they could have any dance floor buzzing with excitement.

While most of the bands hype lies within their home city of Melbourne, they are spreading around like wildfire in Europe and especially the UK. First poking their head into the industry in 2013, the band has slowly created a name for themselves with their soulful music–supporting unbelievable acts such as Bloc Party and following a mountain of online successes, they have announced several tour dates.

If you liked the ‘Tall Stories’ single then trust me when I say it, you are in for a treat as it is just one of 6 amazing tracks featured on the EP.

World’s End Press you’ve done it again – this time I feel like you have set the bar high for any future work, but I cannot wait to see what else you have in store for us.
