Last week, Brighton rock crusaders Royal Blood announced details of their long awaited sophomore effort, ‘How Did We Get So Dark?’. Alongside track listing and pre-order details (which you can read more about here) the band also shared the punchy, powerful new single ‘Lights Out’.
The duo are now set to take their new songs on the road for the first time, as they’ve announced a short four date tour of the UK in mid-May. The shows will take place a little under a month before the album releases, so it may be the first opportunity fans will get to hear material from the upcoming album
The band will stop off at some UK towns and cities less frequently visited by major names like Royal Blood.
Cambridge’s Corn Exchange is up first, as well as gigs in Newcastle, Southampton and Leicester. The band have referred to the show as the “first batch of UK dates”, so expect more throughout the UK to be announced soon. Tickets for the gigs go on sale 9am Friday 28th April.
